Photo flight, large nature fire Aamsveen

In the morning of friday the 3th of June I heard there was a large nature fire raging in the Enschede area called Aamsveen. I took my camera equipment and went of to the airport. I was lucky the Cessna 172 (PH-TWM) I was going to use for my photo mission had already had it’s daily inspection and fully refueled. After the preflight inspection I took off VFR to the specific area about 10 minutes from the airfield.

Here are the pictures shot form the airplane at an altitude between 1500ft and 2000ft (between 500m and 600m).

On this flight I used for the first time Air Nav Pro, a very handy navigation program for pilots. It also records automatically flight times, tracks and altitude.
